Pudokids

Terms of service

Last updated: October 25, 2026

These terms govern the use of Pudokids. By creating an account you accept them. The service is offered by Carlos Villanueva, an individual based in Chile (contact: cmvp1976@gmail.com).

1. What Pudokids is

A free tool that helps families organize chores, reviews and rewards with their kids. The family decides which tasks and rewards to use; Pudokids only helps keep track of them.

2. A service in testing

Pudokids is in a testing phase (beta). It may change, have bugs or be unavailable at times.

During this phase data may be lost or reset, for example when moving to another server or changing how the app is built. When a planned change means deleting data, we'll try to email you at least 7 days in advance, but we can't guarantee it will be kept.

Don't use Pudokids as the only record of information that matters to your family.

3. Who can use it

Only people over 18 who are the parent or guardian of the kids they register, or who have their permission. You create the kids' profiles and are responsible for supervising their use. Kids can only sign in on devices you enable.

4. Your account

Use truthful information and keep your password and your kids' PINs safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and on the devices you enable in kid mode.

5. Acceptable use

Don't write sensitive data (health, diagnoses, other people's data or kids' contact details) in tasks, rewards or assistant instructions.

Don't try to access other accounts, overload the service, automate its use or use it for purposes other than a family's.

6. Points and rewards

Points have no cash value and can't be transferred. Each family defines and gives its own rewards; Pudokids doesn't sell or deliver rewards and isn't responsible for promises made within the family.

7. Content and AI assistant

Tasks, reviews and suggestions are general guidance inspired by positive parenting approaches, token economies and self-determination theory. They don't replace advice from health, psychology or education professionals.

The AI assistant's proposals may contain mistakes: review them before applying them. The assistant may have a daily limit or be turned off.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, the provider is not liable for data loss, service interruptions or decisions made based on the app. None of this limits rights that Chilean law grants you and that can't be waived.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, or end the service; if so, we'll let you know by email when possible.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll announce important changes in the app or by email; if you keep using Pudokids after the notice, you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
